Take Advantage of the Hyundai Mobility Program
The process of signing up for the Hyundai Mobility Program consists of three easy steps.
1. Review Eligibility Requirements & Program Details
Vehicle Eligibility - To qualify for reimbursement, your vehicle must be a new Hyundai model bought or leased from an approved Hyundai dealership in the U.S. Fleet sales and vehicles obtained from a third-party dealer not authorized by Hyundai Motor America are not eligible.
Equipment Eligibility - Only select components and alterations are qualified for reimbursement. Hyundai accessories are NOT eligible. Approved equipment includes the following:
- Any OEM or aftermarket parts and installation thereof that gives owners convenient access and/or the ability to operate their new Hyundai model.
- Swivel seats, running boards, pedal extensions, and other modifications are permitted with original medical documentation that details physical disability or permanent impairment that demonstrates a need for the equipment.
- Labor for transferring equipment from an old vehicle to a new Hyundai model is only accepted if the cost is listed in the invoice provided by the adaptive equipment company.
Program Details - The reimbursement offered through the Hyundai Mobility program is offered only once to each customer and is capped at a maximum of $1,000 for equipment and labor costs. The funds will be allocated directly to the customer and not to the dealership or any adaptive equipment retailer. Components acquired must also be installed within six months from the date the approved vehicle was purchased or leased. To receive your reimbursement, all required documentation must be submitted with the Hyundai Mobility Claim Form within 60 days of the installation date.
