Here at Haddad Hyundai we think you’ll be interested to know that the dual clutch is all controlled by a computer, so you’re almost unaware of how hard your Hyundai is working at being efficient. The dual clutch system is unlike a traditional automatic system in that it does not incorporate a torque converter. When you shift you might notice this process a little more when you accelerate from a hard stop. Another cool thing is that you will also hear slight clicks at the end of a drive as the system checks itself after a long drive.
